Cindy Haas is Vice President, Private Banking, at Gateway Bank. Cindy has over 25 years of successful experience within the financial services industry. She oversees customized portfolio services for high net-worth clients and advises them toward reaching their goals through bank investment products and lending services. Cindy not only understands the importance of high quality service, but also delivers the special attention to her Private Banking clientele. She is a graduate of the Minnesota Banker’s Association Consumer Banking School.
Cindy has a leadership background that has led her to driving change and improvement both personally and professionally. She is a lifetime member of Financial Women International and served on its Executive Board and Foundation Board for over 10 years. Cindy is co-Editor of TFW, a lifestyle magazine for today’s financial women. She is a current Board member of the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair of the DCR WomEn’s Conference for the second year. In 2010 Cindy was recognized as an Outstanding Woman in Banking by Northwestern Financial Review. Cindy is a founding member of the Women at the Top® Network and is the Chair of the 2011 Women at the Top® Panel.

Laura Helmueller is SVP & Market Manager, at Bremer Bank. She oversees the Eagan and Lakeville locations and manages a $50 million commercial loan portfolio with clients in the commercial real estate, retail, wholesale, transportation and hospitality industries.
Laura has been in the commercial banking industry for 25 years, 19 of those years with Bremer Bank. She is active with the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves as the chair of its Eagan Business Council. Laura also is on the board of directors of the YWCA of St. Paul, and is a past recipient of Finance and Commerce’s Top Women in Finance Award. Laura is a life-long Twin Cities resident and lives in Eagan with her husband and two children.

Sona Mehring is Founder & CEO, of CaringBridge. Sona created the first CaringBridge website in 1997, during a friend’s high–risk pregnancy. With extensive experience in the information technology industry, Sona’s vision was to build upon that formative and deeply personal experience – combining the capabilities of technology with the personal needs of people facing a significant health challenge. Regina Barr is Founder & CEO of Red Ladder, Inc., and Founder of the Women at the Top® Network.
