July 2011

It's been outrageously hot and humid in my neck of the woods. It reminds me of times when I was growing up on Long Island in New York and spending as much time as I possibly could at the beach with my mom and my three brothers. Boy, were those the days!

Despite the dog days of summer, I've been thinking a lot about what I love to do and how I can do more of it. It's been brought home to me in a big way that it's important to live each day like there's no tomorrow. That's one of the gifts that my brother John has given to me with his recent passing.

I know this is probably a bit too philosophical for the summer but I have to ask the question. What would you be doing differently today if you thought there would be no tomorrow? When you know the answer to that question, then my advice is this. Go do it!

This month I decided not to do a formal newsletter and allow myself some time and space to grieve the loss of my brother. Instead, I decided to provide links to some of my most popular articles. I hope you enjoy them!

Until next month!

P.S. Next month we'll be rolling out our Fall Calendar of events. Stay tuned!
