Dee Knapp, president of Accord & Collaboration Dispute Resolution Services has been providing mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching and training that addresses workplace conflict for over twenty years. She helps people find fair resolution to conflicts both within and outside the legal system with less acrimony and more satisfaction on all sides. Dee speaks nationwide at meetings and conferences, and teaches the mediation skills class and directs the Mediation Clinic at Seattle University School of Law.
