Barbara Britenriker is currently Executive
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Farmers & Merchants State
Bank. She received her Bachelor’s Degree
from Defiance College, her MBA from University of Toledo, and completed both State
and Graduate level banking schools. Barbara currently serves on the nonprofit
board for Junior Achievement of Archbold, and on the finance committee of a
local church.In the past, Barbara has served on the board of
Financial Women International (FWI) and is now a lifetime member.
Barbara Nemecek Dr. Barbara Nemecek joined Adelphi University as
the Dean of the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business in July 2012. Between 2009-2012 she served as the Dean of
the Dillard College of Business Administration and the Louis J. and Ramona
Rodriguez Distinguished Professor at Midwestern State University.Dr. Nemecek has been active in numerous economic
development organizations in Texas, Wisconsin, Montana and Nebraska. She recently served on the St Croix Economic
Development Corporation, as President of the Pierce County Economic Development
Corporation, and as Vice President of the St Croix Valley Angel Network. Dr. Nemecek holds BS and MS degrees from the University of
Wisconsin - Stout, and a PhD in Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
