She is a leadership development consultant, executive coach, professional speaker, trainer, writer and media commentator with master’s degrees in business administration and human development. Diane Windingland Author of Small Talk, BIG Results: Chit Chat Your Way to Success!, and co-author of Perfect Phrases for IceBreakers, Diane speaks for organizations that want to help their people have better, more profitable conversations.
An engineer by training, Diane has owned several small businesses and has trained business owners, corporate employees and non-profit volunteers on how to become better networkers, better conversationalists and better presenters. In addition to speaking engagements and private clients, Diane teaches a weekly speech class for home-educated teens.
Through her association with Toastmasters International, she has achieved the organization's highest educational award for public speaking and leadership, Distinguished Toastmaster and is currently the Toastmasters District 6 Public Relations Officer.
Teresa Thomas Carroll As the director of MN Women In Networking (WIN) and the founder of Connection Concierge, Teresa Thomas-Carroll, shares her passion for connecting people and possibilities through networking events, facilitated workshops and speaking.
In 2007, Teresa took on the leadership of WIN to provide welcoming, educational networking events for authentic, motivated women in business to lift each other up for success. The Connection Concierge was born shortly thereafter with the mission to provide strategic assistance in developing industry-specific relationships and helping professionals to gain networking skills and expand their networks.
Teresa's work as a connector and facilitator fully embraces her strengths, values and motivations to find valuable contacts and carry out the work she loves.
Sima Dahl, President of Parlay Communications, is a social media consultant, trainer, and speaker. Her firm provides social media marketing solutions to business-to-business and professional service firms. When she’s not advising clients, you’ll find Sima speaking about Sway Factor™, her system for social networking success. Through her keynotes and training, she has taught hundreds of sales professionals, business owners, and executives how to forge a strong personal brand and generate referrals on popular sites such as LinkedIn. Sima is a bylined columnist for Marketing News and Social Media Marketing magazines, is faculty at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and is the co-founder of MarketMyCareer.com. She earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois and an MBA with distinction from DePaul University.
